Service Description

On signing up, you will be: - Firstly, sent an in-depth health and nutrition questionnaire which will take approx. 60 mins to complete. - Once I have received this from you, I shall be in touch to organise a consultation (by Zoom or telephone). - 60-90 mins consultation where we discuss your concerns, current nutrition status, and goals. - Post your consultation, you will be sent a two-page guidance document with advice individualised to you, your concerns and goals. This document will also highlight next steps, your personalised supplementation plan (if appropriate) and if any functional tests are required (blood analysis or gut health analysis). - 4-8 weeks after receiving your guidance document, we will arrange for a 30-45 min. follow-up call to discuss your progress, address any issues you may be experiencing, and the results of any functional tests you may have had. We will also decide if and when you may require a further follow-up.
