About Me...

I am a MSc. qualified nutritionist and author, with over 20 years experience in the health, nutrition and fitness industry. I am passionate about health, nutrition, and positive mental health. And, I am passionate about helping people lose weight, address their diet concerns, and achieve their nutrition and health goals. 

I have an undergraduate degree from Warwick University, and a Masters in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University.My first book, The DNA Diet, was published in January 2019, and I am currently working on my second book. I am the co-host of nutrition and fitness podcast, Fit as F**K, which is available on all the major platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts.

I regularly contribute to publications such as MailOnline, Telegraph, Express, Top Sante, Closer, New!Magazine, Sainsburys Magazine and several others.

Whatever your current diet is, I will evaluate your history, lifestyle, dietary habits, functional lab tests (if together we deem this necessary), and create a personalised nutrition plan (12 week-meal plan and recipes) based on your specific needs. 


We will meet or schedule a call / SKYPE session every 2-4 weeks to measure your achievements, and fine-tune certain elements as you head towards your goal.

I have many international clients, so if you can't come to my London, Harley St or Bath clinic, I am able to offer you a phone or Skype consultation.
