How do I get started?

Head to the New Client page, have a read, then drop me an email!

 

The New Client Nutrition Package includes:

  • Exploring in-depth your health and medical history and completed Health Questionnaire (this is sent to you to complete a week before your scheduled consultation).

  • Discussing your current diet and concerns, what aspects may be causing an issue and how we can simply modify your diet to allow you to manage the issue more effectively.

  • Reviewing any recent functional testing results (blood tests etc.) Occasionally, I may recommend further appropriate functional tests (blood, stool test etc.) if required.

  • Then, the consultation will be followed-up with an action plan and suggestions centred around dietary changes and where appropriate, supplements.

  • A follow-up consultation will be scheduled for 4-8 weeks after the initial consultation. Any further consultations  will be scheduled, as required.

How do I book a consultation?

What happens after I book my consultation?

After you book your consultation, you will be sent a detailed health questionnaire check. This is a comprehensive review of your presenting health symptoms, lifestyle and your goals - allow 60 minutes to complete. 

The health questionnaire check must be sent back via email before the initial consultation. 

Will my health insurance cover nutritionist services?

I am registered with Cigna, so if you have Cigna health insurance, you may find your nutrition consultations are covered. Do give Cigna a call and ask!
